About Us
Ácorvina & Company
Andrea heard the faint call of Ribera del Duero. She packed her bags and headed back home to spend time in the grape fields of northern Spain. Andrea started Ácorvina & Company out of complete faith that Spain, with its ancient pre-Roman wine making history, has undiscovered wines begging to be shared. From the upper most northern green region of Galicia, to the stony soil of southeastern region of Jumilla, Spain has the world’s most exotic quality wines and we’re bringing them to your table.
Over the last two decades of tasting and traveling throughout Spain, we have compiled a portfolio of the best artisan, vineyard-driven producers who are committed to sustainable ecological practices from vine to bottle. These family owned producers are passionate about the wines and so is Ácorvina!
Ácorvina is a small growing business that loves to support local charitable events in Chicago, including the Rainbow House in Pilsen and Marillac House in the Near West Side. We are extremely proud of our city, our people, and our products.

ANDREA CORRAL
For Andrea Corral, passion was simply the first step in embracing wine as a way of life. Having traveled through all of Spain in pursuit of greater knowledge of the wine-making process, she discovered a deeper truth in an old Spanish word, Vendimia, meaning “to harvest.” Although her heart may embrace wine as one of the most serious things in the world, Andrea’s spirit knows better, embracing the motto,“drink wine without the attitude.”In search of the perfect bottle of wine, she has traded in her laptop for a glass of Rioja and now calls Spain her home.
